Great news for those who have been craving for an iPhone 3G, not so good news for the existing iPhone owners!
Apple Inc. has announced their iPhone 3G to be priced at US$99(instead of $199) for the 8gb version while their 16gb new version iPhone 3GS will cost US$199 and US$299 for the 32gb.
Philip Schiller, an Apple Senior Vice President for Worldwide Product Marketing said that the new iPhone 3GS would also support Multimedia Messages like sending photos and videos just like how we send a text message. (There were still no news on their Bluetooth accesiblity though)
The new iPhone 3GS has also been upgraded to 3megapixels camera with auto focus features.
Apple Inc. also announced a few price cuts on other product lines like their MacBook Pro and MacBook Air which results in $100-$300 lower than current pricing while having longer battery life and faster processors.
P/S: Sad news for those who paid $499-599 for iPhone 3G eh?
